In todays business market businesses sell in approximately 6 to 12 months depending on the price and terms of the business. Businesses are priced at multiples of the adjusted net, value of equipment, leasehold improvements, inventory and good will. It wil take significant time and preparation for the successful selling of a business. Approximately 30% of the businesses are sold with the seller receiving capital at the time of the sale and holding a note for a reasonable period.

We have 5000 different businesses listed on this site. After you click on the link " Click Here For 5000 Businesses " you will come to the search page for business listings where you can select the county, type of business, minimum or maximum cost of a business as well as other settings.

After completing your requirements go to to the bottom of the page and select search. Several listings will come up and click on any listing for business information. When you find a business or businesses of your interest print a copy of the listing for your records.

The next step is to return to home page and click on the link " Confidentiality Agreement". Enlarge the confidentiality agreement to 100 % and print.

On page 1 of the confidentiality form place the BBF listing number or numbers on the confidentiality form and write your initials next to the listing number(s). Complete page 2 of the this form with your: printed name and signature, address, cell number, email address, and copy of your driver's license or driver's license number.

Please email or fax the completed confidentiality agreement. I will obtain the name of the business, location and financials for your review. Please call me for any assistance.
